Part IV: The Gifted Subjects — In Their Own Words About Religion and Politics

Moderately to Exceptionally Gifted Subjects

Because not everyone reads or has access to every post, I start each post with a review of important details.

In grade levels kindergarten through 8th grade in the typical Type II public school, Level one students comprise one-third to one-fourth of the students in a classroom of about 25 to 28 children. They are generally not outliers but are intellectually more advanced than most of their classmates.

As many as one to three Level Two students will generally be in a typical mixed-ability classroom. They can appear as outliers and may spend a lot of time waiting for something challenging and new to be presented. They also are less likely to have any true peer friendships. The more different from classmates a student is, the more issues they may find themselves trying to figure out and understand about themselves.

I give you background information about each person in this section before presenting their views on religion and politics and how they formed their own viewpoints. The information was gathered from 2014 to 2020 in the United States.
